仅出租（Letting Only）——佣金 10%：
负责为您的房源进行推广、带看、租客筛选与背景审核，并协助完成租约文件与入住流程。
托管服务（Fully Managed）——佣金 15%
在出租服务基础上，我们将全程代为管理物业，包括租金收取、维修协调、例行检查、合规提醒及租客沟通，让房东真正实现省心托管。

Landlord Service Fee Structure
We offer flexible service options designed to suit different
levels of landlord involvement: :
Letting Only – 10%:
We market your property, source and reference tenants, and handle
all tenancy setup and paperwork.
Full Management – 15%:
In addition to tenant-find services, we manage the property
throughout the tenancy — including rent collection, maintenance
coordination, inspections, compliance reminders and ongoing tenant
communication.
Our goal is to make letting your property stress-free,
transparent, and profitable — whether you prefer to stay hands-on
or leave everything to us.
